Conference Exhibitor Space Form

Conditions

  • Applications must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the conference so that we can provide the facility with the layout and electrical requirements for the vendor area.
  • In applying for space, all representatives agree to abide by the complete exhibitor rules and regulations.
  • Vendor personnel staffing vendor tables (up to allowed counts) do not need to pay individual conference registration.
  • All drawings from leads and/or contact information collected at the conference must be executed at the event.

Refunds

  • Cancellations received before the application deadline will receive a 50% refund
  • Cancellations received after the application deadline will not receive a refund
